About the role Property management fundamentally revolves around two things: people and buildings. In that order. We are looking for a colleague who is genuinely interested in the real estate industry and enjoys creating and nurturing relationships while developing and taking care of our properties. Our property portfolio consists of 640 apartments in Helsingborg.

As a Property Management Assistant, you will be responsible for residential leasing and the daily ongoing management of a property portfolio. You will serve as the hub between tenants, operations, projects, internal support functions, and contractors, ensuring that our properties are maintained in the best possible way and that service agreements are followed.

In this role, you will have daily contact with tenants and contractors, and you will contribute to creating safe, pleasant, and healthy environments. You have a strong interest in people and communication, and you value social issues as some of our properties are located in areas with varying socioeconomic conditions.
